When the media was allowed to watch the early portion of Clemson’s spring practice Monday, there was a noticeable surprise in the offensive rotation.
The big news from Monday’s practice came at quarterback where true freshman Tait Reynolds was running every quarterback drill that we saw at No. 2, including the team tempo drill. As you’d expect, redshirt junior quarterback Christopher Vizzina was with the first team.
Clemson offensive coordinator Chad Morris met with the media following Wednesday’s practice and explained why Reynolds was running with the second team, instead of redshirt freshman Chris Denson. Before spring break, Denson was working with the second-team offense.
